30-Day Refund on Unused Tokens

If you purchased a scan token pack and have not yet used the tokens, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We refund the unused portion to your original payment method.

Example: you buy the 3-scan pack ($8), use one scan, and request a refund within 30 days. We refund two-thirds of the purchase ($5.33) for the two unused scans, since one scan was already delivered.

Used Tokens Are Non-Refundable

Once a token has been used to generate a face reading, that scan has been delivered and the associated AI processing cost has been incurred. Used tokens are non-refundable. This is standard for digital goods that are consumed on use.

If a scan fails for a technical reason on our end, your token is automatically refunded to your account balance — you are never charged for a scan that didn't complete.

Creator Refund Program

Separate from the standard 30-day policy, we offer a full refund of your purchase if you:

  1. Post a public video featuring your FaceOS scan result
  2. Reach 2,000 or more views on that video
  3. Send proof (a screenshot of the view count plus the video link) via DM to our official Instagram or TikTok
  4. Submit within 30 days of purchase

This applies even if you've used your tokens. Verified creator refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. We may decline requests where view counts appear fraudulent or artificially inflated.

How to Request a Refund

Email stnickpicks@gmail.com from the email address tied to your FaceOS account. Include:

We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

If and when subscription plans are offered, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period. Any unused portion of the current period remains available to you until the period ends.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we're quick to resolve legitimate problems. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review.
