Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FaceOS at readmyface.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and token purchasers.

Description of Service

FaceOS is a wellness curiosity application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze face photos across 12 dimensions inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and natural wellness principles. The Service provides general wellness observations for entertainment and curiosity purposes only.

The Numerology 8 Pricing System

Every FaceOS price point is intentionally set to reduce to 8 in GG33 numerology — the number of infinite abundance and financial flow. This is not coincidence. It is by design.

All prices are in USD. Tokens are added to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

Scan Tokens

• Free token: Every new account receives 1 free scan token. No payment required.
• Never expire: Purchased tokens never expire.
• Non-transferable: Tokens are tied to your email and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Non-refundable: Used tokens are non-refundable. Unused tokens in active accounts are non-refundable except under the Creator Refund Program.

Creator Refund Program

We offer a full refund of your token purchase under these conditions:

1. You purchased any token pack or subscription
2. You posted a public video featuring your FaceOS scan result
3. That video reached 2,000 or more views
4. You submitted proof — a screenshot of the view count and the video link — via DM on our official Instagram or TikTok
5. Your refund request was submitted within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of verification. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where view counts appear fraudulent, artificially inflated, or otherwise manipulated.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We never store your card information. All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location and jurisdiction.

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FaceOS to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent
• Upload photos of minors under the age of 13
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent FaceOS results as medical diagnoses or clinical assessments
• Attempt to manipulate the token system through fraudulent means
• Share, sell, or transfer tokens or account access to other users
• Submit fake survey responses or attempt to manipulate survey data

Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

All face readings, reports, and recommendations provided by FaceOS are for general wellness curiosity and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results should not be used as a basis for medical decisions.

FaceOS draws inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — a traditional wellness framework. TCM-inspired readings are not recognized as clinical medicine by Western medical institutions and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and reports generated by FaceOS are the intellectual property of The Natural Operating System. You may share your personal scan results for personal and social media use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute FaceOS content, branding, or technology without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceOS and The Natural Operating System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated readings are not guaranteed to be accurate, reliable, or reflective of any clinical reality.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FaceOS. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FaceOS for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Service. Unused tokens at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do. Continued use of FaceOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
